My other must-see was Minnewater park, which is where these shots were taken. We grabbed some Belgian chips, and our picnic, and headed for a spot to lap up the sunshine.
The night before, I decided to dye my dark locks a ginger/auburn colour, and then decided with a new bright summer colour, it was perfect time to rock the Meadow Crown in Sunshine by Crown & Glory. I'd had my eye on it for ages, and yellow/orange isn't normally my colour, and I was worried my first crown would be too big and look odd on my hair, but I think it suited quite well!
I also spent the day wearing my 70s sunnies...
& this Raspberry Breton Top from Boden. To match I wore the Red Vintage Floral Florence Skirt from Boden... this outfit is my go to for work at the moment!
There were many other things to do in Brugge including walking tours, museums & going on a horse & cart ride to name a few. For myself, one day was definitely more than enough to soak up the atmosphere of this town, and see everything I wanted to see. I went using a coach tour company, and I would definitely recommend coach tours as a way to see new places on a budget, as it literally felt like a mini holiday, all for under £100 for 2! Have you got any recommendations for good day trips?
p.s. I completely stalked these ducklings for a good while and definitely did not nearly fall into the lake!
