Yesterday I had the pleasure of going to my first LDN Meet Up Event #BigBloggerExpo. After seeing all the past events being reviewed across some of my favourite bloggers, when the e-mail went out for #BigBloggerExpo I knew I needed to go! I was quite nervous about attending the event... mainly as I hadn't been to a big event for a while, but lots of other bloggers were chatting about the event on Twitter which had put me at ease, but better than that, meeting JadeNatChelseyHilda & other bloggers all looking for the event, then walking around with them throughout the event. The event was held at the Danubius Hotel in Regents Park; I arrived early so explored the area & spotted Abbey Road too!
The first stand we visited was Dr Paw Paw ... I personally have never used Dr Paw Paw products before, but I was sold the moment I smelt their products, especially the the 7 in 1 treatment styler which smelt amazing and targets SEVEN areas! Multi-tasking - check!
Then we went to Living Proof ... Jade had already said they were good... and oh my gosh I am sold on their products! I suffer from 'Monica from Friends humidity hair' on a daily basis... I'll straighten my hair using styling and heat protection products, spray with hairspray, and leave the house looking sleek to find 10 minutes later my hair is frizzy...... the lovely lady telling us about Living Proof offered to spray the humidity shield spray on my hair. She sprayed half then showed me the difference between each side of my hair and I was in awe of the effect it had on my hair! And my hair stayed sleek, not greasy for the whole event! One of the first things I searched upon opening my laptop when I got home was the Living Proof range!
We then spoke to 4 You by You looking at the different products that were on offer, and indulging on far too many hairdo!
Next was Heaven Skincare by Deborah Mitchell. The lovely Carla talked us through all of the products, alongside her mother who was there helping her, and their uses on different skin tones. We got to take away a lovely selection of products to trial (which will be coming up in the Brand Spotlight post tomorrow, alongside an individual review!) alongside being given a full size tub of Divine Cream as I spoke to Carla about my acne/scars from skin tags and she was so lovely and gave me a tub to try which I can't wait to see the results! They are on the look out at the moment for 21 year old bloggers, as the brand is 21 this year!
In the corner was a bright stand for Jody Bell ... Jody had a wonderful team who all chatted to us, found out our favourite products, and you could even try on the selection of dresses and jumpsuits (we loved the jumpsuit in white or black with flared arms!). I loved speaking to Jody, and have found the Jody Bell blog alongside the Facebook page which I'm glued to (hello Nicole Sherzinger and Jody together on the Facebook page!) and cannot wait to see updates from when Jody Bell are at New York Fashion Week!

Borough Box was next, and had the most amazing stand full of brilliant food from a variety of brands. There were testers on the table, for breads, honey and oils (I fell in love with the Wild Forest Honey!) They literally have so much to offer, and after browsing their website last night, I think Christmas could be sorted for gifts quite easily!
Jewellery had the most gorgeous display ... I wish my jewellery was displayed like that! They had a wide range of jewellery on show, my favourite had to be the rose gold rings!
Pure sunglasses envy from Two Three ... selfies a plenty were taken in these!
Bonnie Boo Gifts launched yesterday! Their stand was full of fantastic, beautiful and practical gifts for presents for newborns and baby showers. I fell in love with the bunny and the Jeffrey Giraffe Gift Set!
We then visited West Lab Salts ; I already love love love West Lab and use them all the time as long as the bags aren't sold out at Boots! It was fab talking to them about different products that I've not had a chance to try yet.
On our way into the expo, we spotted Stevie from Made in Chelsea..... and he was at the hotel talking to bloggers about Brandbassador ... if you follow me over on Snapchat (wildflowerhq) you may see a snap of him speaking about the concept!

Last we spoke to Juvadent about botox & fillers. We also took a selfie against their fabulously propped selfie wall (I chose heart sunnnies to pose in!)

At the end, Lauren drew the raffle winners, and announced the next event, a ball in aid for Help for Heroes, which I thought was a fantastic idea for an event! A huge thanks to her and the rest of the LDN Meet Up team, and to all the exhibitors, as I had such a lovely time meeting loads of new blogger friends and brands.

If you went to the event, leave me the link in the comments as I love reading other people's reviews and posts about events!

p.s. Full Brand Spotlight post coming tomorrow going through the goodie bag and freebies!
