Faversham is one of my favourite haunts in Kent. I've been a few times over the past year, having never visited prior to 2018, and it is somewhere which I've come back to many a time for a variety of reasons. It is a quaint town in Kent, offering classic pastel houses, thatched roofs & old pubs along with a market, a variety of restaurants and must visit shops.
There is bunting lining the streets and traditional market stalls offering everything from fresh eggs to gorgeous house plants. During my first visit, we went in search of everything vintage.
Vintage and antiques are quite big in Faversham. I loved Upstairs Downstairs and managed to find some pretty swish 60s Mad Men-esque earrings!

You are also spoilt for choice on tea rooms in Faversham. Rainbow sprinkle cake anyone?
During one visit I dined on Italian goodness at Posillipo for my Aunt's 50th birthday; we enjoyed everything from oysters to pizza with lemon gin fizz cocktails. Faversham also has a pretty decent indoor and outdoor swimming pool which is brilliant for swimming or enjoying a family day (it does get quite busy though - I've ended up queuing for a good hour to enjoy on a sunny day!) There's so much I haven't done in Faversham yet and it's a definite Kent must - visit!
